Early Bird Registration ended August 15, 2026.
If you’re registering a group and not ready to pay in full, you may reserve spots with a $75 per person deposit.
Registration and Hotel reservations need to be made by October 1, 2026.
Participants cover their own lodging and transportation.
Lodging is booked separately, with a discounted room block link provided in your confirmation email.

FAN's Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation requests to FAN occurring prior to August 1, if granted, will be eligible for a refund of registration fees minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations occurring August 1 or later will not be eligible for a refund.

Please consider adding Purchase Protection (outside provider, not FAN) to your registration, which allows you to apply for a full refund of your registration fee at any time up until the conference.
